Welcome
to our personal page. Ann and I have been dancing together as partners since
August 2002. We are both survivors from the early 60s but we drifted away from
the dance scene after our respective marriages. I returned from New Zealand in
'92 and was just cruising around riding motorbikes till October '94 when a
couple introduced me to one of their friends. He just happened to be an
instructor at the Cairns Rock And Roll Club and the rest,
as they say, is history. I was very much off and on for the first few months, but
then I started to get the hang of it all and was off and running. I haven't
stopped yet. Over thirteen years later and I still get an incredible high
every time we walk out on the dance floor and I really come alive when we teach.
I have always had this dream of starting my own rock and roll business but it
just seemed to be exactly that, a dream, until Ann and I decided to dance together permanently. She
has been the driving force behind making my dreams a reality. I'll leave you
